Walk the plank

The project was created to challenge Denmark's most talented furniture designers and carpenters to test the boundaries of their profession, design and understanding of materials – to "walk the plank" in the most positive and creative sense of the word. The aim was to create unique, uncompromising exhibition furniture with a focus on extremely high craftsmanship standards and consistent aesthetics.
The significant exhibitions took place at Designmuseum Danmark in 1999 and 2003 respectively.
