Racket chair

A small and lightweight chair, almost a stool with a handle, in steam bent beech. The seat is woven with thin nylon strings.

The open structure is very strong, due to structural triangles where the seat rings meet the legs.

Like its predecessor, the Thonet chair, it is assembled with screws. Little steel stand-offs underline each element and the lightness of the construction.
