Teaching at DIS

At DIS (Denmark's International Study Abroad), Erling Christoffersen has for more than two decades served as a key figure for international architecture and design students who come to Copenhagen to learn the Scandinavian furniture tradition. With his background as a cabinetmaker (1974), a furniture designer (1979), and an architect from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts' School of Architecture (1982), he brings a unique synergy between theory and practice into his teaching.
